CAMBRIDGE -- A bonfire explosion injured four people in Cambridge Friday night.
According to authorities, a woman and her three children were sitting around a bonfire when the mother attempted to pour gasoline on the fire. She then allegedly dropped the gas can into the blaze, causing a flash which surrounded the fire pit and injured the four victims. The woman and two of her children were taken to Southeastern Medical center and subsequently life flighted to a burn center by helicopter.
The names of those involved have not as of yet been released.
